CANCELLATION POLICY

Cancellation Policy Your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you, so please provide at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. Cancellations within 12 hours of your appointment time: Your deposit is non-refundable and will be forfeited. Cancellations within 2 hour of your appointment: You will be responsible for 50% of the scheduled service total, in addition to forfeiting your deposit. No-shows: A no-show will be charged 100% of the scheduled service total, and your deposit will be forfeited. By booking an appointment, you acknowledge and agree to this cancellation policy. Late Policy: A 5 minute grace period is provided. Arrivals more than 5 minutes late may have their service shortened. Arrivals 10+ minutes late may be canceled and considered a no-show, resulting in forfeiture of your deposit. Please text if you are running late. Multiple no shows or same day cancellations may result in being blocked from future bookings. Contact me directly with any questions.
